MamaFit NI 

  • I’m Katy, a Belfast-based mum of five, and I created MamaFit NI after realising just how little safe, structured fitness support there was for pregnancy and postnatal recovery

  • After my own postnatal journey, I became passionate about helping mums feel confident, strong and informed in their bodies again

  • I specialise in pregnancy fitness, postnatal recovery, and women’s strength training for mums across Northern Ireland

  • Every MamaFit class is expert-led, evidence-based, and designed to protect and rebuild your core and pelvic floor

  • I don’t believe in “bouncing back” — I focus on helping you build strength, confidence and resilience at your own pace

  • MamaFit is a supportive, judgment-free space where you never need to feel “fit enough” to start

  • Whether you’re pregnant, newly postnatal, or rebuilding strength after baby, I’ll help you move safely and feel good in your body again

  • My goal is simple: to support you through motherhood with the knowledge, confidence and community you deserve
