I’m Katy, a Belfast-based mum of five, and I created MamaFit NI after realising just how little safe, structured fitness support there was for pregnancy and postnatal recovery

After my own postnatal journey, I became passionate about helping mums feel confident, strong and informed in their bodies again

I specialise in pregnancy fitness, postnatal recovery, and women’s strength training for mums across Northern Ireland

Every MamaFit class is expert-led, evidence-based, and designed to protect and rebuild your core and pelvic floor

I don’t believe in “bouncing back” — I focus on helping you build strength, confidence and resilience at your own pace

MamaFit is a supportive, judgment-free space where you never need to feel “fit enough” to start
