"Massive THANK YOU to Katy for setting up this programme.  As a new mum keen to get back into fitness and rebuild my strength, MamaFit NI seemed like the perfect fit - no babysitter no problem!  Getting to know a great bunch of girls and their gorgeous babies, tough gym sessions, at home meal plan and workouts to keep us on track, all while my 9 month old mostly slept or snacked his way through the group PT sessions!  At the end of 6 weeks I am delighted with how far I have come.  Thanks again!"

"During my first pregnancy I was concerned about staying fit and healthy so I got a personal trainer, even though they were an experienced fitness coach they were not qualified in pre & post natal.  Truth be told I felt like the exercises were pushing my pregnant body too hard and I often felt unsafe. 
When I discovered I was expecting my second baby I reached out to Katy at MamaFit NI... every session is different, working lower or upper body so I'm targeting all muscle groups throughout the week with adequate rest days in between. I really noticed how the training was tailored to my stage of pregnancy and fitness level, gradually adapted depending on how I was feeling or anything noted from my obstetrician visits.
I felt challenged during our workouts but most importantly, safe... Katy is so professional and passionate, her workouts are fun yet focused.  Thank you for all your support during my pregnancy and I'm so excited to start my post natal journey with MamaFit!"
