Service Description

Come together in a small group of 4 pregnant mums to work on building a strong home for you and your baby. One month of safe and supportive strength training, suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy. Build or maintain strength in your pregnant body to support you through this incredibly demanding time, which can also aid your post partum recovery. No previous strength training experience required, equally if that has been your style of training pre pregnancy then this allows you to continue feeling understood and supported. Full body strength with a focus toward areas that are weakened during pregnancy and post partum such as our core and pelvic floor. Each session will end with a brief 'finisher' to safely elevate the heart rate and work on cardiovascular fitness. Sessions held in Avenge gym, Mallusk. Wednesday at 6:30pm. February session dates are 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.
