Service Description

8 x 60 minute gym based classes over 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week. - post natal pilates - strength - sweat MamaFitNI specialised post partum core and pelvic floor rehabilitation programme included, diastasis recti and C-section supportive exercise Nutrition cascade - post partum specific including recommendations for breast feeding mums with recipe inspiration and diet support throughout if requested Homework-outs Kit provided including pilates ball, resistance band, water and home made protein ball Catch up with missed classes at home Small group sessions in a spacious environment Babies/kids of any age welcome along - equally you can come alone! Meet other local mums Have fun and beneficial time out to work on YOU Access to a whats app group throughout the program and private Facebook group for continued support and encouragement, meal and snack inspo, to share parenting advice or just have a rant in a safe space! Improve fitness, strength, lose a few pounds if that's your goal Exercise with the confidence you're doing it safely and correctly for your postpartum body Option for weight/photos/measurements if you wish to track progress - just let me know Check for diastasis recti if requested (tummy muscle separation) I recommend you to be at least 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 10 weeks post abdominal birth, with no further complications. CLASS SCHEDULE *BOTH Tuesdays + Thursdays 09:30 - 10:30 starting Tuesday 25th November 2025 and concluding Thursday 18th December *Non refundable or transferable once booked.
